Terms & Conditions

1.ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance by Safetec Vision Ltd. These terms and conditions apply to all orders unless other valid arrangements have been agreed in writing by both Safetec Vision Ltd and the purchaser.

2.CREDIT & PAYMENT TERMS

Credit is strictly by arrangement and may be subject to status. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. On all invoices that remain unpaid after their due date Safetec Vision Ltd reserve the right to levy interest on a daily basis at 2% above the base rate quoted by Natwest Bank Plc from time to time. Where Safetec Vision Ltd is unable to offer credit payment will be required before the despatch of the goods.

3.CARRIAGE CHARGES

Orders over £90.00 going to UK mainland will be delivered free of charge. Orders under £90.00 going to UK mainland will have a carriage and packaging contribution of £5.95 added. All orders being delivered to Northern Ireland. Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Sicily will have a carriage and packaging contribution of £5.95 added regardless of the value. All orders going to other off shore islands or abroad will have to be quoted at the time of purchase. Special timed deliveries will have to be quoted at time of purchase.

4.PRODUCTS

4.1 PRICES

All prices quoted are correct at the date of despatch. Catalogue prices are not guaranteed and may be subject to market fluctuation although every effort is made to maintain them. All prices quoted do not include carriage and packaging or VAT.

4.2 SET OFF

The purchaser shall have no right to set off and all invoices must be paid in full.

4.3 PROPERTY & RISK

All risk associated with goods shall pass to purchaser on completion of delivery. All goods remain the property of Safetec Vision Ltd until the invoice has been paid in full.

4.4 DELIVERY & LIABILITY

Any date or time given by Safetec Vision Ltd to the purchaser is an estimate only and shall not be considered a contractual obligation. Non delivery must be notified to Safetec Vision Ltd within five working days of the date of the Safetec Vision Ltd invoice.

4.5 SPECIFICATIONS AND SUBSTITUTION

All product specifications provided within the catalogue or separately are a guide only and no guarantee is given that the goods supplied will conform in absolute detail to either the description or the illustration. Safetec Vision Ltd reserves the right to amend the specifications provide an appropriate substitute or withdraw goods from sale without prior notification.

4.6 SUITABILITY

All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser will test them in actual use and will have determined whether the products are suitable for the particular use to which they are to be applied. Safetec Vision Ltd make no representations as to the fitness or suitability of any goods for any purpose whatsoever.

4.7 CLAIMS

Claims for damage or short deliveries should be advised in writing within 3 working days of receipt of goods. All deliveries should be inspected immediately on receipt and any damage or short deliveries should be detailed on the carriers paperwork when signing for a delivery.

4.8 RETURNS

Goods will not be accepted for return for credit unless previously agreed and must be received in the original packaging in a resalable condition. Goods accepted by arrangement can be subject to a 10% re stocking charge at Safetec Vision Ltd discretion. Please call Safetec Vision Ltd to obtain a returns authorisation number prior to returning any goods. Return of goods can be at the expense of the purchaser this again is down to Safetec Vision Ltd discretion.

Non stock items may not be returned for credit.

4.9 OFFER

All offers are at the sole discretion of Safetec Vision Ltd and reserve the right to refuse qualification without recourse.

4.10 WARRANTY

Safetec Vision Ltd warrants that the goods supplied are free from defects in material and workmanship and will replace, repair or refund the price of any FAULTY goods within 12 months of delivery. This shall not be the case if the goods have been subject to misuse or abuse of any kind and does not cover wear and tear. All warranty is conferred to the initial purchaser and is not transferable on resale.
