ACCEPTANCE
Orders are accepted by Safetec Vision Ltd subject to the following conditions of sale.

PRICES
Goods will be invoiced as follows: - Purchase price, plus carriage and packaging contribution (if applicable) and VAT. All prices are those ruling at the date of dispatch and are ex. works, exclusive of VAT.

RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
Title of goods is property of Safetec Vision Ltd until full payment is received. The purchaser agrees to store the goods so they are at all times readily identifiable as the property of Safetec Vision Ltd. This means that Safetec Vision Ltd shall be entitled immediately after giving notice of its intention to repossess, to enter upon the premises of the purchaser and repossess any goods to which it has title if full payment has not been made. Nothing in this condition shall confer any right upon the buyer to return the goods or to refuse or delay payment for the goods.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Credit is given by arrangement and then strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. In the event of Safetec Vision Ltd not for whatever reason, having received payment of any invoiced sum by the due date, then without prejudice to any other rights it may have, shall be entitled to claim interest to accrue from the due date at the rate of 2% per annum above the Bank of England minimum lending rate current at that time. The purchaser will have no right to set-off and all invoices must be paid in full.

CARRIAGE AND DELIVERY
FREE NEXT DAY Delivery on all orders of £90 (UK Mainland)
Orders under £90 (UK Mainland) will have a Carriage & Packaging Contribution of £5.95 added. All orders delivered to Northern Ireland will be FREE on orders over £250, otherwise a Carriage & Packaging Contribution of £9.95 is added

RETURNS
Goods will not be accepted for credit unless previously agreed before being returned and then only if the returned goods are in a resalable condition. The purchaser is responsible for all charges incurred in returning the goods, if Safetec Vision Ltd collects the goods then the cost of this will be reduced from the credit note. Goods sent out in error by Safetec Vision Ltd will be collected and credited in full at Safetec Vision Ltd cost.

CLAIMS
Claims for damage or short deliveries must be made within three working days of receipt of goods.

SPECIFICATIONS
Technical data, dimensions, weights etc given in our literature are a guide only
and no guarantee is given or implied that goods will conform in absolute detail to the description and illustration. Safetec Vision Ltd reserves the rights to amend specifications and to withdraw products from our literature without prior notice.

LIABILITY
The purchaser is responsible for the goods being sufficient and suitable for its purpose, maintaining them and using them in their stated conditions of use. Safetec Vision Ltd liability is confined to the repair or at Safetec Vision Ltd option the replacement of goods, which in the opinion of Safetec Vision Ltd are defective other than from damage or misuse, provided that the goods are returned within one month from the date of delivery to the purchaser.
